Dry pasta should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place, ideally in an airtight container or its original packaging. This will keep it for several months. Fresh pasta, on the other hand, should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2-3 days.
consumption recommendation
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for the best flavor, but cooking time is between 9 and 11 minutes. Taste the pasta a few minutes before the time is up to make sure it is al dente. Once drained, drain well and toss with your favorite sauce. Pasta should ideally be served immediately to enjoy the full flavor.
