
Delicious pasta with turkey breast
• 200 g power pasta (protein pasta)
• 250 g turkey breast fillet
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 100 ml cream sauce light
• 100 ml vegetable broth
• 50 g Parmesan (grated)
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder (sweet)
• salt and pepper to taste
• A handful of fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Preparation:
1st Cooking pasta : Bring a large pot of water to the boil, add salt and cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Keep some of the cooking water.
2nd Prepare the turkey breast : Cut the turkey breast fillets into bite-sized strips. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper.
3. Fry the meat : Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan and fry the turkey breast strips on all sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Remove the meat and keep warm.
4th Fry the vegetables : In the same fat, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic clove until they are translucent.
5th Prepare the sauce : Add the vegetable stock and cream sauce to the pan, stir well and bring to the boil briefly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a little more paprika powder if necessary. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a dash of the pasta cooking water.
6th Bring everything together : Return the fried turkey strips to the pan and fold in the pasta. Mix everything well and let sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
7th Serving : Arrange on plates and garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh herbs.
